Saranyah Douse
Saranyah is part of our B2B Software team, with a focus on companies that have commercialised their product and are at the scale-up phase in their growth.
Saranyah joined Octopus Ventures in 2020. She previously spent two years in private equity, with a focus on portfolio value creation, and five years carrying out due diligence on M&A transactions.
She is a chartered accountant and holds an economics degree from the University of Cambridge.
Saranyah is passionate about financial inclusion and serves as a Trustee for WizeUp Financial Education, a charity focused on financial education and employability within schools.
Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, skiing, hiking and adventures. She also loves to host a good dinner party and has even appeared on TV programme Ready Steady Cook.
